For Jewel mixture nasturtiums, planting is best done directly outdoors after the last frost. To prepare for sowing, soak
the seeds overnight in warm water to aid in germination.

Choose a location with full sun and well-draining soil. Rake and soften the soil. Sow the seeds 1/2 inch deep, spacing
them 8 to 12 inches apart. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged until the seedlings emerge, which
typically happens in 10 to 12 days.

Once established, nasturtiums are low-maintenance plants that thrive with minimal care.
