Shipping policy
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can get planting sooner.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is being offered.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you need additional help.
